> Your items are produced in our UK factory as required.
> Your goods are then passed to our delivery partner.
> Once scanned into our delivery partner's warehouse, they will contact you to book in your delivery which you will need to accept.
> Our Delivery partner will contact you prior to your delivery to notify you of an AM or PM delivery slot.
> Your order is delivered to your room of choice. (You will receive a call 30 - 45 minutes before arrival)
