Dispatch and Delivery Process:
> Your order is processed by our admin team.
> Your mattress is manufactured in our UK factory.
> Your mattress is then passed to our 2-man delivery provider.
> Our 2-man delivery provider will call you to book in your delivery.
> Your mattress is delivered by a 2-man team to your room of choice.
* All our products are made to order and estimated to be delivered by our 2-Man Delivery Provider in 5 - 10 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. (5 - 10 days for Scotland and the furthest points of England).
Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
Once confirmed, your order will be passed to our production team.
We offer all customers an estimated lead-time, which is dependent on postcode area. This lead-time will be confirmed by our delivery partners 24-48 hours prior to your delivery slot. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the transport team can contact you.
