Great from start to finish. Delivery men really nice impressed took there shoes off. And eager to meet our new puppy.Exchange of old mattress to new excellent was suprised we had brought the old one downstairs as voiced was part of their service but did appreciate it. I hadnt realised this as on previous occasions with other companies have had to bring it down for them.
Mattress good so far bit firmer but old one was at least 11years old so hopefully will get used to it.

Delivery guys great. The mattress is so comfy. Didnt want to put a review up untill we had actually used the mattress. Been over 5 months and we are sleeping so much better.
