Where we come from

A family trade, a simpler way to buy

Our family has been making and selling beds in the UK for over 50 years. We grew up around mattresses, and we watched the market fill up with flashy marketing, sales that never end and corners cut where you can't see them. We knew buyers deserved better.

So Alex (product and strategy) and Alice (marketing) started Lola Sleep with one simple aim: to make buying a genuinely good mattress easy.

I've seen this industry from every side, and most of what gets sold as premium is just clever marketing. Our strategy is simple: we sell mattresses that are genuinely well made, well priced, and delivered and set up with ease.

Many big brands roll and squash their mattresses into a box. We don't. Your Lola is wrapped flat and delivered full size by Empire Delivery, our 5 star rated 2 man delivery partner. They'll email and text you to book a day that suits you, carry your mattress to your room, set it up and take every bit of packaging away. It costs us more, but it's the right way to do it.
