All our mattresses are delivered by a premium 2 man team who will carry your mattress to your room of choice, set it up and remove all the packaging.
We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days of your order being placed. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date and time.

Every Lola mattress comes with a 120 night trial which is well above the industry standard. If it's not right for you after sleeping on it, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for a more suitable model.

Every mattress comes with a 10 year warranty, covering manufacturing and structural defects. If a fault develops, we'll exchange it for a new one.
