In the very unlikely situation there is a manufacturing problem with your mattress, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the issue. It’s normal for mattresses to show signs of use over the years, so we don’t consider ordinary wear and tear a fault under the Guarantee and/or Warranty. We also exclude soiled mattresses and damage caused by accident (including by pets), disaster or misuse.
You don't have to turn it, but rotating your mattress regularly is one of the very few conditions of your eight year guarantee. Take it for a 180 degree spin on the base once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3-6 months for the rest of its life.
We know it sounds like common sense, but you’ll need to use an appropriate base and bedding, and make sure your mattress doesn’t get wet or exposed to the elements.
The guarantee period begins at the date of delivery.
