2-Man Delivery & Old Mattress Disposal

What is the dispatch and delivery process?

1. Your order will be processed by our customer service team within our working hours (Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm). 

2. Your mattress will then be manufactured and passed to our 2-man logistics partner.

3. Our 2-man logistics partner will then contact you by email and SMS to book in your delivery once the mattress has been scanned into the warehouse.

4. Our 2-man logistics partner will message the day before your delivery to confirm the delivery date and you will be called by the delivery team 30 minutes before your delivery.

5. Your mattress is delivered and setup by a 2-man team to the room of your choice.

How much does delivery cost?

2-Man Delivery + Old Mattress Collection - FREE

Does delivery include setup?

Yes, the 2 delivery men will setup your new mattress and / or bed. If you choose the collection option they will take away the mattress or bed with them too.

Can you take away my old mattress?

Yes, we can take away and recycle your old mattress at the same time as we deliver your new mattress for free.

Please select this as a delivery option at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Mattresses and bed frames are delivered in 5 - 10 working days.

What are my payment options?

Shopping with us is easy! You can pay for your order in one of five ways:

1. Debit / credit card
2. PayPal
3. Klarna - Pay in 3
4. Clearpay - Pay in 4

What do I do if I enter the wrong details?

Just email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk as soon as you can.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your correct details, e.g. address or phone number

Where is my order confirmation?

You should find your order confirmation in your inbox after ordering.

If it's not there, please check your spam / junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam".

Does my mattress come with a trial?

Yes - we want you to love your new mattress. That’s why every Lola mattress comes with a 100 night sleep trial. Sleep on it, get comfy, and if it’s not right, we’ll help you exchange it for one that is.

Does the mattress or bed come with a warranty?

Yes, all our mattresses come with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty;
