Free 2-Man Delivery & Recycle Old Mattress

What is the dispatch and delivery process?

1. Your order will be processed by our customer service team within our working hours (Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm). 

2. Your mattress will then be manufactured and passed to our 2-man logistics partner.

3. Our 2-man logistics partner will then contact you by email and SMS to book in your delivery once the mattress has been scanned into the warehouse.

4. Our 2-man logistics partner will message the day before your delivery to confirm the delivery date and you will be called by the delivery team 30 minutes before your delivery.

5. Your mattress is delivered and setup by a 2-man team to the room of your choice.

How much does delivery cost?

Does delivery include setup?

Yes, the 2 delivery men will setup your new mattress and / or bed. If you choose the collection option they will take away the mattress or bed with them too.

Can you take away my old mattress?

Yes, we can collect and recycle your old mattress at the same time as we deliver your new mattress. 

Please select this as a delivery option at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Our products are usually dispatched within 5 - 7 working days and our 2-man logistics partner will contact you by text and email to book in your delivery.

What are my payment options?

Shopping with us is easy! You can pay for your order in one of five ways:

1. Debit / credit card
2. PayPal
3. Klarna - Pay in 3
4. Clearpay - Pay in 4
5. DivideBuy - Spread the cost with finance

What do I do if I enter the wrong details?

Just email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk as soon as you can.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your correct details, e.g. address or phone number

Where is my order confirmation?

You should find your order confirmation in your inbox after ordering.

If it's not there, please check your spam / junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam".

Warranty & 100 Night Sleep Trial

Does the mattress or bed come with a 100 night trial?

Yes! All our products come with a 100 night trial.

Choosing the perfect mattress shouldn't be difficult which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial to try the mattress in your own home. If it's not your perfect match we’ll offer you an exchange for another mattress that is better suited.

Let us know within 100 days and we will replace your mattress with an alternative mattress of your choice.

To make sure your mattress is eligible for the trial please follow the below guidelines:

  • Regularly turn or rotate the mattress (depending if mattress is one or two-sided).
  • The mattress must not be stained or soiled upon return and must be in re-sellable condition.

    How to make a claim?

If you wish to exchange your mattress within the sleep trial period, please email lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk after 30 days or more.

Please include your full name, delivery address and original order number and if known please let us know what mattress you would like to exchange it with.

Our customer services team will contact you within five working days to arrange the next steps.
