100 Night Sleep Trial

At Lola Sleep, we believe in giving you the time to truly experience your new mattress. That’s why we offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial – so you can rest easy knowing you’ve made the right choice.

How It Works

  • Try it for at least 30 nights: A new mattress can take time to adjust to your body, so we require you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights before considering an exchange.

  • Swap within 100 days: If you’re still not completely satisfied, you can exchange your mattress for another model within 100 days of delivery.

    If the new mattress is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the excess amount over the phone. Unfortunately, we are unable to process additional payments through Klarna or other payment providers.

  • £60 exchange fee: We charge a £60 exchange fee to cover the costs associated with collecting and delivering your new mattress.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a mattress exchange, you must:

  • Use a mattress protector to prevent any spills, stains, or accidents.

  • Sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow time for adjustment.

  • Keep the mattress in good condition – accidental damage, misuse, or neglect will make it ineligible for exchange.

  • Ensure the mattress is clean and well-maintained with no significant signs of wear or tear.

  • Not attempt any repairs or modifications to the mattress.

  • Contact our Customer Service team within the trial period – after 30 nights and before the full 100 nights are up.

If your mattress does not meet the above criteria, we will be unable to proceed with an exchange.
