Every Lola mattress comes with a 120 night money back trial. We ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights to give your body time to adjust. If it’s still not right, we’ll either swap it for another Lola free of charge or collect it and refund you, less a £50 collection charge.

Your mattress will be delivered to your room in 5 to 7 working days.

All our mattresses are delivered by a premium 2 man team who will carry your mattress to your room of choice, set it up and remove all the packaging.

If your mattress is not right for you within the 120 night trial period, we will arrange an exchange for a more suitable model. Please contact us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk and we'll take care of everything.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk. If your mattress has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund your order in full. If it has already been dispatched please refer to our returns policy.

Yes, every Lola mattress comes with a 10 year warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects.

Yes, we offer old mattress recycling for just £59, collected by our delivery team at the same time as your new mattress is delivered.

Yes, all our mattresses are suitable for slatted bases, solid bases, divan bases and adjustable bases.

Yes, all Lola mattresses conform to BS7177 standards for domestic use.

We recommend rotating your mattress every three months to ensure even wear. We also recommend using a mattress protector to keep the surface clean and fresh.
