Our range is four mattresses, each made for a different kind of sleeper:

Best for Side Sleepers: the Lola Memory Hybrid. Memory foam cushions your shoulders and hips, with springs underneath so you don't sink too far. Medium (5/10).

Best All Rounder: the Lola Pro Hybrid. A balanced medium feel that suits any sleeping position. Medium (6/10).

Best for Back Support: the Lola Ortho Hybrid, our firmest. Reflex foam and 1,000 springs keep you on top rather than sinking in. Ideal for back and front sleepers. Firm (8/10).

Our Most Luxurious: the Lola Performance Hybrid. Our deepest mattress at 30cm, with twice the springs and a plush quilted top. Medium firm (7/10).

Lola is a family business. Between us we have over 50 years in the UK bed industry, across manufacturing, wholesale and retail.

Every Lola mattress is made to order in the UK by our manufacturing partner, then delivered to your room by our 2 man team.

Because we keep our prices honest. Many mattress brands set a high price and then run near permanent sales. We don't inflate our prices, so the price you see is a fair price every day.

We sell direct to you, with no showrooms and no middlemen, and we know where the money goes in a mattress after 50 years in the trade. That saving goes into the mattress and your price, not into a made up discount.

Measure your bed frame carefully before ordering. Our mattresses are available in the following UK sizes:

Single: 3'0 x 6'3 (90cm x 190cm)
Small Double: 4'0 x 6'3 (120cm x 190cm)
Double: 4'6 x 6'3 (135cm x 190cm)
King: 5'0 x 6'6 (150cm x 200cm)
Super King: 6'0 x 6'6 (180cm x 200cm)

As our mattresses are made to order, we're unable to exchange for a different size after production has begun.

Yes, all our mattresses are suitable for slatted bases, solid bases, divan bases and adjustable bases.

Yes, all Lola mattresses conform to BS7177 standards for domestic use.

We order your mattress from our UK manufacturer every Monday. It reaches our delivery partner on the Thursday, and they'll be in touch to book a day that suits you, usually within the next few working days. You'll see your estimated delivery dates on each mattress page before you order.

All our mattresses are delivered free by a 2 man team who will carry your mattress to your room of choice, set it up and take all the packaging away.

No. Every Lola is delivered full size, just as it left the factory. It's never rolled, folded or vacuum packed.

Almost always. Our 2 man team carry mattresses up stairs and through narrow hallways every day, and getting it into your room is part of the job.

In the rare case a mattress really won't fit, they'll take it back and we'll swap it or refund you in full. If you have a particularly tight staircase and want to check first, email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk.

Yes. Because it arrives full size, you can sleep on it the night it's delivered. There's no unrolling and no waiting for it to expand.

Yes. Our delivery team can take your old mattress away for £59 when they deliver your new one, and it's responsibly recycled. Just choose it when you pick your delivery option at checkout.

We deliver free across mainland UK.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland is by arrangement, so please email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk before you order and we'll let you know what's possible.

Every Lola mattress comes with a 120 night money back trial. We ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights to give your body time to adjust.

If it's still not right, we'll either swap it for another Lola free of charge or collect it free and refund you. Just email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk and we'll take care of everything.

Yes, every Lola mattress comes with a 10 year warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects.

Simply contact us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll assess the claim and come back to you promptly.

In the unlikely event your mattress arrives damaged, please contact us straight away at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk with photos and your order details. We'll resolve it quickly.

Yes. You can pay in 3 interest free instalments with Klarna. Just choose Klarna at checkout.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk. If your mattress has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund your order in full. If it has already been dispatched, our 120 night trial applies.

We recommend rotating your mattress every three months to ensure even wear. We also recommend using a mattress protector to keep the surface clean and fresh.
