Returns & Refunds

120-Night Sleep Trial

We want you to love your mattress. If it's not right for you, we'll exchange it for a different model from our range.

To use the trial:

  • Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights first — your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress
  • Contact us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk with your name, order number and which mattress you'd like instead
  • We'll arrange the rest

The mattress must be clean, unstained and in good condition. The trial covers exchanges only, not cash refunds, unless required by law.


Cancellations

Before production begins — contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund within 14 days.

After production has begun — our mattresses are made to order, which means once production has started we may not be able to cancel. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

After dispatch — a £40 charge will be deducted from any refund to cover delivery costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your mattress arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we'll put it right. Contact us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk with details and photos where possible. We'll arrange collection, inspection and a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

This is covered by your 10-year warranty and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


10-Year Warranty

All Lola Sleep mattresses come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Year Coverage
0–2 years 100% free replacement or repair
2–3 years 70% credit toward a new mattress
3–5 years 50% credit toward a new mattress
6–7 years 30% credit toward a new mattress
8–10 years 20% credit toward a new mattress

To keep your warranty valid, use a mattress protector, rotate your mattress regularly and place it on a suitable supportive base.
