Can I try out my new mattress?
Yes, you can! All of our mattresses come with a 100 night risk free comfort trial.
Does my Lola mattress come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our mattresses come with a 5-year warranty. Please see our 5 Year Warranty section for more details here;
What are my payment options?
Shopping with us is easy! You can pay for your order in one of five ways:
1. Debit / credit card
2. PayPal
3. Klarna - Spread over 2 months
4. Clearpay - Spread over 6 weeks
5. DivideBuy - Spread over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. (£450 minimum spend for 9 months and £600 minimum spend for 12 months)
Can you take my old mattress away?
Yes! We charge £20 for the collection of your old mattress which will be taken to a dedicated mattress recycling plant and will avoid the landfill.
How do I care for my new mattress?
We recommend the following care guidelines for your new mattress;
1. Use a moisture proof mattress protector.
2. Place your mattress on a suitable sturdy base that supports 100% of the mattress (for example don't use an old dipped base).
3. Rotate your mattress head-to-toe 3-4 times per year.
4. Go over it thoroughly with the vacuum cleaner at least twice a year.
These recommendations must be followed for your mattress to be covered under warranty (see full details in Terms & Conditions).
When will I receive my order?
> Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
> Your order is processed by our admin team.
> Your items are produced in our UK factory as required.
> Your goods are then passed to our delivery partner.
> Once scanned into our delivery partner's warehouse, they will contact you to book in your delivery which you will need to accept.
> Our Delivery partner will contact you prior to your delivery to notify you of an AM or PM delivery slot.
> Your order is delivered to your room of choice. (You will receive a call 30 - 45 minutes before arrival) WE ESTIMATE ITEMS TO BE DISPATCHED FROM THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS (Please allow for weekends and bank holidays).
