> Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
> Your order is processed by our admin team.
> Your items are produced in our UK factory as required.
> Your goods are then passed to our delivery partner.
> Once scanned into our delivery partner's warehouse, they will contact you to book in your delivery which you will need to accept.
> Our Delivery partner will contact you prior to your delivery to notify you of an AM or PM delivery slot.
> Your order is delivered to your room of choice. (You will receive a call 30 - 45 minutes before arrival)

High Density foam base is engineered to prevent sinking and sagging while supporting your whole body.
Non-slip bottom cover prevents the mattress from slipping and enhances breathability.

UK Fire Testing Compliant - All of our mattresses have fire retardant qualities and comply with UK fire regulations BS 7177:2008 Low hazard for domestic use.
Tested Foams - All foams in the Lola mattress are tested to BS EN ISO 8307.2007. The foams are made without ozone depletes, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, formaldehyde and phthalates.
Hypoallergenic - All materials are non toxic and hypoallergenic.
