What is the dispatch and delivery process?

1. Your order will be processed by our admin team within our working hours (Monday - Friday).

2. Your mattress will then be manufactured and passed to our 2-man delivery partner.

3. You will be contacted by the delivery provider to confirm your delivery date.

4. Your mattress will be delivered to the room of your choice.

Can you recycle my old mattress?

Yes, we can collect and recycle your old mattress at the same time as we deliver your new mattress.
