What will my delivery cost?
2-Man Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders.

Can you recycle my old bed?
Yes we charge £49 for old bed recycling and the delivery driver will take your old bed away, choose this option at checkout.

Can I delay my delivery date?
After placing your order please email us with your request and we can hold the order until you are ready to accept the delivery.

Will I receive updates about my delivery?
Shortly after your bed has arrived into our delivery provider's warehouse, you will usually receive SMS and email updates directly from the courier delivering your order.

What time of day will my delivery take place?
Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm. Our delivery provider is unable to give specific times for delivery but will provide you with a 3 hour estimated window prior to the delivery via SMS and email.

Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk. Provided goods have not already left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

What is the Dispatch & Delivery Process?
> Your order is processed by our admin team.
> Your bed is manufactured in our UK factory.
> Your bed is then passed to our 2-man delivery provider.
> Our 2-man delivery provider will call you to book in your delivery.
> Your bed is delivered by a 2-man team to your room of choice.
