DELIVERY & RECYCLE OLD MATTRESS

How much does delivery cost?

Unlike many companies, our standard 2-Man delivery is free of charge!

 

We can also collect your old mattress to be recycled for £20.

Does delivery include setup?

Yes it does! The 2 delivery men will unpackage and setup your new mattress and/or bed and take away the packaging with them.

Can you take my old mattress away?

Yes! We only charge £20 for the collection of your old mattress which will be taken to a dedicated mattress recycling plant and will avoid the landfil.

When will my order be dispatched after ordering?

All orders are made to order and we estimate items to be dispatched from our delivery provider's warehouse within 5 - 7 working days.
 
After placing your order, the dispatch process is as follows:
 
> Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
 
> Your order is processed by our admin team.
 
> Your items are produced in our UK factory as required.
 
> Your goods are then passed to our delivery partner.
 
> Once scanned into our delivery partner's warehouse, they will contact you to book in your delivery which you will need to accept.
 
> Our Delivery partner will contact you prior to your delivery to notify you of an AM or PM delivery slot.
 

> Your order is delivered to your room of choice. (You will receive a call 30 - 45 minutes before arrival).

How will I know when the delivery will be?

Our 2 Man delivery provider will contact you by text and email for you to accept a delivery date.

ORDER & PAYMENT

What are my payment options?

Shopping with us is easy! You can pay for your order in one of five ways:

 
1. Debit / credit card
2. PayPal
3. Klarna - Spread over 2 months
4. Clearpay - Spread over 6 weeks
5. DivideBuy - Spread over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. (£450 minimum spend for 9 months and £600 minimum spend for 12 months)

What do I do if I enter the wrong details?

Just email us at lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk as soon as you can.

 

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your correct details, e.g. address or phone number
  •

Where is my order confirmation?

You should find your order confirmation in your inbox after ordering.

If it's not there, please check your spam / junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam".

Does the mattress or bed come with a trial?

Yes! All our products come with a 100 night trial.

Yes! All our products come with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
