DELIVERY & RECYCLE OLD MATTRESS

How much does delivery cost?

Does delivery include setup?

 
 
Yes! The 2 delivery men will unpackage and setup your new mattress and/or bed. If you choose the collection option they will take away the packaging with them too.

Can you take my old mattress away?

Yes! We only charge £20 for the collection of your old mattress which will be taken to a dedicated mattress recycling plant and will avoid the landfil.

How will I know when the delivery will be?

 

  All of our products are usually dispatched within 5 - 7 Working Days and our 2-Man delivery provider will contact you by text and email to book in the delivery which you will need to accept.

What are my payment options?

Shopping with us is easy! You can pay for your order in one of five ways:

What do I do if I enter the wrong details?

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your correct details, e.g. address or phone number

Where is my order confirmation?

You should find your order confirmation in your inbox after ordering.

If it's not there, please check your spam / junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam".

WARRANTIES & SLEEP TRIALS

Does the mattress or bed come with a 100 night trial?

Yes! All our products come with a 100 night trial.

Choosing the perfect mattress shouldn't be difficult which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial to try the mattress in your own home. If it's not your perfect match we’ll offer you an exchange for another mattress that is better suited.

Let us know within 100 days and we will replace your mattress with an alternative mattress of your choice.

To make sure your mattress is eligible for the trial please follow the below guidelines:

  • Regularly turn or rotate the mattress (depending if mattress is one or two-sided).
  • The mattress must not be stained or soiled upon return and must be in re-sellable condition.

    How to make a claim

If you wish to exchange your mattress within the sleep trial period, please email lola.customerservices@lolasleep.co.uk after 30 days or more.

Please include your full name, delivery address and original order number and if known please let us know what mattress you would like to exchange it with.

Our customer services team will contact you within five working days to arrange the next steps.
